White chocolate Soft Cookies: Easy and comfy dessert

 It's weekend again, and I think it's the best time for something easy and delicious.

 Both of my sisters come to visit this week and I prepare a dessert for them ^^. It's a soft white chocolate cookie that so easy to make and take very little time. Well when all the family come together, I need a lot of time for chit-chat, haha. Having delicious dessert while talking can keep the conversation alive! 
This cookie is very and very easy to make, by baking it in the skillet, you don't need to scoop the dough in to the baking pan, or find a plate for serving. Because it takes so little time, mixing it, then baking while starting your party is a good idea, as you can serving it when it still lightly warm with ice cream that will turn into delicious sauce. 



 White chocolate Soft Cookies
Make 4 (4.5 inch Mini Skillet)


90g .................... Salted butter
35g .................... Brown sugar
25g .................... Granulated sugar
100g .................. Cake flour
1/2 tsp ............... Baking powder
1/2 tsp ................ Vanilla extract
50g .................... Macadamia nuts, chopped
50g .................... White chocolate
1 tbsp ................ Milk
........................... Ice cream for serving


Preheat an oven to 180C
Have ready 4 of 4.5 inch Mini Skillet.


 Beat the butter until soften, add both kinds of sugar and beat to combine.


 Beat in the vanilla extract.


 Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl.


 Add macadamia and white chocolate into the bowl.
Fold until started to combine.


 Pour the milk into the bowl.


 Fold until fully combine.


 Divide into the prepared skillets.


Bake for 15 minutes.
Let it cool slightly before serving warm with a scoop of ice cream.
