Muesli Bars: Healthy snack

I love to have snack on my desk, well, I eat all the time, haha.  But if it's a snack that's full of fiber and delicious, it will be so much better.

This Muesli bars packed with all good things, oats, nut, coconut and etc., sweetened with natural sugar, so I can say "it's good for you" ^^. Made with Rice bran oil, this Muesli bars is dairy free too.
Actually you can choose the ingredients to suit your taste, change the nut or dried fruits, its up to you. I choose quick cooking oat because it's smaller than rolled oat and it will stick together easier but if you don't have quick cooking oats, rolled oats can be use but the bars will be more crumbly.
The bars will be soft while hot, so let it cool before cutting, and kept it in air-tight container or it will be soften by the moisture in the air.
